He was confident against both of these two, Glads even said against Guthrie that he gave him the best punch he could give and there was nothign to Cannoball. The same was against Hulk, he went into the fight confident, but Hulk took his condifence and beat him badly.
There was time he defeated Thor, but Thor has also been crushed by Juggs. Its said Apocalypse powers dwarf the might of Juggernaut.

the hulk fight was poorly written how the hell did hulk know that gladiator was weak agianst certain radiation,sounds like pis to me.......
