There are many people who believe that unless you are a Christian, you will go to hell. There are even those who believe that you have to be in the right Christian church to get into heaven. That was the way I was raised, but I am now a Buddhist.

If this is not the way that you believe, then we have more in common than you my think. 😄

Well that's a nice healthy view indeed, though I feel we all go back to where we came only in a changed form just like when we all came down into bodies....So, I don't sweat it when people don't believe or not, Some just make it harder on themselves by keeping rules and a person can never be controlling their thoughts good enough even if a person believes in Jesus or whatever....Even the people that say we all just return back to the dirt and nothing more. To me that is a bit depressing, but it can't be true, because we are all essentially energy, and where's that energy going to go?...Is is just going to hover around the grave?...

I'm catholic with a mix of everything. I feel that when Christ said "Simon Peter you are rock, and upon this rock I shall build my church. That the powers of hell will not prevail against it..." Since Christ never said "Catholic Church" and the church is not a "building" but rather a "community" of people, I say that all those people who live good lives are all part of this "church". And it doesn't matter what religion or whether you believe in God or not, your always welcome. No beliefs are imposed other than to do the right thing. The bible is a book you look to for example, not a way of life. And this church never rejects you for history as long as you follow the number one rule: "Love your neighbor as yourself"

You should learn a little about Nichtern Buddhism. It is very compatible with what you are saying.

I know of the religion as well as my parallel affirmations. But I am changing my surroundings, but I'm doing it from the inside out...🙂

Sorry, I do not wish to convert you. The path that you are on is the path you are meant to be on. I just wanted to let you know a little bit about my path. I am happy about the path I have found after all these years of wondering. Please understand that I do not always talk in the doctrine of my religion. I use expedient means to challenge the religion that I was raised with, and have rejected. I am really only fighting the daemons of my past.

Then my words of advise is choose your battles wisely. I have history with past wars, some of which were well fought, while the others....they've made me into who I am. Although one can only wonder...

The Lord doesn't think like we do,so when he looks at us he doesn't think like we would watching porn.

And god gave man Penis because he is to use that to make children,not for his own use but to bring them into the kingdom of god and adam had one because it was his job to have children and repopulate the world..understand?

The world population is over 6 billion people; the world is populated enough. This being the case, perhaps God should give man use of his own penis back? 🙄
