He has stabbed his claw into the barrel of a gun after the trigger was bullet but before the bullet left chamber. He was several feet away when the trigger was pulled also.

So, you don't agree that a character's ability in a hypothetical fight has nothing to do with his merits as a character in general? That's pretty sad, actually.

And, yes, I've read all about Wolverine and the X-Men. Wolverine is peak human. He doesn't have super strength, or speed...his only superhuman traits are his sense of smell and his healing factor. He has claws and an unbreakable skeleton, but that's the whole shebang.

I thought it was understood that Marvel peak Humans or DC Peak humans are way stronger than a regular normal peak human in our world would actually be. When have you seen any one from the strongest on the planet to the most agile Olympic athlete do the things Captain America,Batman,Wolverine do on a daily basis.
