my new years resolution is to stop making new years resolutions........wow what a revelation.

This applies to all those who dont manage a resolution.

Cafeine is not bad as such, too much is bad, but not in moderation. Cafeine in small amounts is actually good for you (anti-oxydants, mood-lifter, anti-cancer, etc.). So don't give it up.

My resolution is to stay off cigarettes.
