2 things...
colossus being drawn significantly taller/bigger more hulkish.
is this a juggernaut powerup trait?
also you guys reckon he is stronger than classic juggernaut? He messed up rulks face bad, knocking teeths out an all.
Rulk in his own right is pretty tough, he took hulked out Thor's hammer whacks to the face,no?

So when Colossus isn't wearing the helmet and just has a bald head is that a regular powered Colossus with no Cyttorak power enhancement?

Yes, basically.
So everytime Colossus has been stunned or ko'd -no helmet on. Seems weird that all his power is tied to his helmet. lol I guess it's an artist way of showing when he is jugged out or not...so the dude mags launched in space was regular old Colossus. At least we know Classic Colossus can survive in space.

Just because Colossus lost his helmet hitting the ground, doesn't mean that he also lost the Juggernaut power. That's dumb, and it bodes really bad for Colossus if it's a viable tactic to remove his helmet and depower him back to his mutant form.
So, no.
Sometimes it's an artistic license to differentiate between his different forms, but it certainly doesn't mean that if his helmet gets knocked off, he's plain old Colossus.
