Gag reflex. While he doesn't need those things to function, he does still eat, breathe and sleep. Although, normal Colossus didn't need those things either while armored up, if I'm not mistaken.
Besides Pete not wrecking Ben quickly, the only down side to the issue was how Loeb made it seem that Rulk was superior to Colossus. Though, that could be viewed as Rulk admitting being weaker while verbally trying to save face.

say if lets his guard down and turns into human form(which he can but choses not to) and something awful happens in front of him and he goes evil shit and all, do you think his form will be different? I mean a juggernaut without still skin

I heard that colossus will revert to demon Colossus during his scuffle with the Hulk. Hulk is suppose to humilate him (whip that a**) to the point that he reverts back to his demon mode. Cant wait to see it, this is suppose to be a big fight and demon Colossus is a beast.

Was told this from someone that keeps up with both Colossus and Hulk but its a myth. Everything he has told me so far has been on point. I don't think it will be an humiliation but I do think Hulk will push him to the point that the demon will come out. With that said, most likely he will end up beating Hulk if this happens.

When I typed that, I admittingly had Cain in mind.
I'd guess he would look like Cain did but with the different uniform. As for as the actual demon form goes, your guess is as good as mine. Maybe he would look as he did in the UXM issue, but without the steel color.
