He wasn't weakned at that time if any at all. He was weakened when he started to loose control of Mikhail. He still controled him at that time.

Iron Fist #15 Iron Fist realized his only chance to beat Colossus is by using his Iron Fist to knock Colossus down. But the blow did not damage to Colossus.
