Uncanny X-men #181: Colossus uses a steel girder to smash huge chuncks of falling debri before it hits the ground so it does not cause any damage to the civilians. The scan also states that in his armored form Colossus is one of the strongest people on the planet.(Before Mags upgrade)

In Phoenix: Endsong #3, Colossus tries to board the X-Jet but Cyclops tells him to stay behind. He stands behind the jet as it takes off, the heat and thrust of the engines having very little if any effect... only his uniform seems to be affected...
