I'm beginning to wonder if it is going to be the other way around. Venom can throw down with some heavy hitters, but I don't think he has what it takes to actually put down Colossus. He might could pull off a win if he puts others in harms way, but even if Colossus does decide to not fight back, Venom should only be able to knock him around, but not out.

Colossus should rip Venom in half ala Carnage. Venom wouldn't be able to harm Colossus at all. Colossus could just sit there, and Venom shouldn't be able to harm him. With his strength, durability, and endurance Colossus would stomp Venom.

Eddie Brock got a few hits on Juggs, but remember, he was amped by that sentient goop, and he was still losing the fight, he was just being spaz about it. Laughing while his face was getting caved in.
Colossus has thrown down with Juggs, Gladiator, Ord, Sebastian Shaw, and a bunch of other Heavy Hitters, a teenage Colossus temporarily downed Savage Hulk. Venom is going down, hard.

i beleive hes only sapposed to have class 25 strength? Not sure. I havent seen to many feats that show alot.
