True, they already showed a berserker Wolverine clawing at Pete's chest, he said it scoured his metal skin, but it didn't penetrate. As far as I know, only a few things have gotten through 616's skin.

The X-Cutioner f*cked his sh!t up one time and Gambit did once iirc.

A lot of people talk about how Ultimate Pete is stronger/more durable, but i think that's pretty unfair to 616. Even since his return from death, he's:

Smacked the shit out of Ord,
Took a full on sentinel blast with little to no damage,
Withstood Shi'ar built security systems,
Survived impacting the Breakworld with little or no injury.

Before he died, before he was upgraded, he was judo tossing sentinels, fighting the Jugernaut and Gladiator, surviving stuff well above his supposed class, etc etc.
