I can get more descriptive if you want but I thought that was apt. Thor had all of those qualities even at a young age and still had to prove himself to be without peer in numerous trials to lift Mjolnir. There's a reason why not all noble beings can't lift it.

Probably not; just looks like the shadow under his nose and that one are connected.

Probably just an artist overlooked error; like how Colossus' ears are almost as pointy as Namor's.
