he made a deal with cyttorak for the power , dont know what the deal was but the solisticitation says "who so ever becomes the juggernaut will be juggernaut forever" or something of that sort. it also says this will effect him forever which imo means he will keep some of that power after he gets back to normal

It doesn't say that. The enchantment says, whosoever reads these words shall become a HUMAN JUGGERNAUT!!!

Says nothing about how long they'll keep the power or anything like that.

Actually it does say something like that, CBC didn't quote it right:

"Whosoever touches this gem shall possess the power of the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak! Henceforth, you who read these words, shall become forevermore a human Juggernaut!"

That being said, that kid did get the power, but did not keep any of it.
