I still doubt it's anything close to a vast majority, so no, at the risk of sounding petty, I believe you're wrong.
The only thing wrong with the character (imo) was how he was being written. He had plenty of power already.
He was already strong enough to be high end mid-tier, low end top tier. People just like to sh*t on him for some reason. I like the power upgrade as a means to an end in beating Worthynaut, but after it's all said and done. Colossus is not Juggernaut...Juggernaut is. If the writers would stop making him seem like a pansy all the time because he's the strong man on a big team, he'd be fine.
Arms bent in WWH, Arm broken by Nimrod, and almost supremely damaged by Omega Sentinel....the writers are making what little stock he has drop tremendously.

This is the thing I hate about the character, stuff like this keeps happening to him. I don't mind seeing him get damaged, but I'd rather not see him get taken out of the fight like the above mentioned.
Personally, I'm excited to see him wield the power and would not mind if he kept it for a while, and by keep it I mean the full power. None of this goody-good back and forth varying power level. And even then, I don't want to see him do badly or get horrible misrepresentations while in possession of the Juggernaut title. That being said, down the road, I'd like to see Cain Marko get the full power back.

If they have him at full power they will run into the same problem they would have with Cain being on a team and not being depowered.
