the thing is, regardless if they're "thugs" or not they're abusing their privilages. its one thing to accept help from people and its another to take advantage of it. people have to learn to stand on their own two feet and provide for themselves. there's only so much we can do and its not up to us to carry everyone's weight. we'll do our part, but they have to do theirs too. its a two way street.
