Yep i couldnt agree with you more. My first introduction to cap was the early 70's live action show "SHAZAM!"

Unfortunatly in the world of DC comics, he is cursed with .....horrible writing. then alex ross came by and has elevated the Hero we know as captian marvel to superman levels again.

I have always like supes,thor but my favorite is and always will be cap, just tired of the bad writing he gets. The comics minus alex ross's description of him tend to be inconsistent of what he is capeable of doing.

Captian marvel has always been stronger then WW. Captian marvel has far exceede the strength of hercules along time ago. Its all in the writing, there is no facts in comics its just comics. even though cap is suposed to have the strength of hercules, he has demonstrated many times to have exceeded that.
