Captain Marvel's suit isn't usually skin tight like most superheroes.

Mk vs DC spiked my intrest in him and he is amazing
id assume he is at a stale mate in terms of power with superman

These feats are of CM of earth 5 , but all the feats should be applicable to mainstream CM as feats are from a mainstream FC superman tie-in

Here's a pretty good durability showing from Captain Marvel. After Ultra-Humanite possesses the Thunderbolt, a massive maelstrom of 5-D energy begins to spiral out of control. Of all the assembled heroes, which included Power Girl, Superman, Wonder Woman, Black Adam, and others, Captain Marvel is the one who steps up to the plate to put an end to it all. The energy is described as being able to "reduce a lesser hero to cinders".

And here's a much less impressive feat, but something a lot of people tend to forget anyway about Captain Marvel. Since his appearance as the Big Red Cheese comes from his deep rooted subconcious, it's not a problem at all to alter his appearance if he consciously focuses on it.
