He can, by using his speed to jump away at the last second - see Kingdom Come. Or possibly by placing his opponent above him in a fight (seen in the JLU animated series.) But it's something designed to give him a weakness, because he wouldn't really have much of one.

I was thinking about actually being able to shot lightning as a projectile attack.
however amping his punches with lightning is nice too

Strength:
Was capable of matching Pre-Crisis Superman strength for strength.
In his third appearance, Cap lifted over 400 tons on each arm.
Was able to KO one of the Faces of Evil with a single punch. Said being was able to lift the entire Rock of Eternity off of him. Captain Marvel was likewise able to lift the Rock of Eternity and place it back over the Faces once he, Mary and Freddy had defeated them.
Was able to stop a massive spaceship dead in its tracks.
Was able to uproot a plant that Hercules couldn't uproot due to the Power of Zeus adding to his strength.
Durability:
Cap and Black Adam were unable to harm each other due to their invulnerability.
Nothing Dr. Sivana was able to build was ever able to harm him physically, including things like a hand gun that could annihilate an army.
Speed:
Routinely flew faster than light to reach the Rock of Eternity.
Was able to punch an army of demons so quickly that they effectively were all hit in the same instant.
