That's not what I'm talking about. He had the ability to create and destroy universes way before entering the Wildstorm U. He can do this by Quantum Field manipulation. Not to mention the fact that the Void wasn't even activated inside his body until the very last issue (#9).

It all happened in that Quantum-Universe though... has he ever done anything like that i the regular DCU? I've never seen him perform feats like that.
Also it did seem like it may have all played out in his head or may have even been an elaborate illusion.... who was the guy who was telling him about his abilities?

That hardly matters since he has full access to the Quantum Field WHEREVER he goes. The Quantum Field doesn't even exist unless Captain Atom calls upon it. It only exists as a theory until he sends for it. He has access to it wherever he goes. The guy talking to him is Rasputin. He's not an illusionist, he's simply explaing Atom's powers to him. 😐

You’re not getting the premise of what he said. You’re only trying to dodge it because you don’t want to believe that Atom can really create and destroy universes WHEN HE’S ACTUALLY DONE THAT.
