so far, TP, TK, reality manipulation, time manipulation, magic that is superior to iron man level attacks, power amplification or any other instant win or one hit kill triggers

ALSO, each choice will be judge accordingly based on the feelings of the judges/contestants. If there is a conscensus about a character not being allowed, even if they adhere to the limitations, they will be banned. thats the "no loopholes" thing

Damn....quick being so cocky everyone and quit mentioning picks. Half the fun is pulling out these obscure and powerful picks in the last round and watching everyone else gasp in admiration and horror.

Vision was mentioned though...he seems damn powerful to me, but maybe I rate him too high. Hell, I considered him for the herald tourney.

Just a friendly heads-up, wolverine8888's ban was permanent (along with his obvious sock). There's some discussion among the mods about whether or not it should stay permanent...but I'll keep you updated as much as I can. I don't have a say in the matter really, but can monitor it. As of right now, though, a replacement will be needed.

^ Ah, maybe I'm already behind then...oh well.

And Vision isn't too far from that level (notice I DIDN'T pick him though, as my picks were inconcievably better...hehe)...I always thought of him as a Martian Manhunter (who's definitely herald-level) without the telepathy.

Still, that's why I'm not a veteran former-champ of these things. I'm just the guy who can ban the veteran former champs when their egos get too big. 😛

after rethinking it maybe Vision should be banned.... his intangibility could make him impossible to kill.... i wanted him because of that but it puts his "killability" over the limits.... much like Hydro-Man or Sand-Man (who i was also thinking of trying to sneak in)
