street fighter vs mortal kombat

Started by beta ray bob32 pages

mortal kombat is for fighting game noobs, street fighter is for fighting game experts. street fighter has more moves, would the characters from sf not know more of the fighting style than the mk guys? because it is depicted in the command lists in each game

1. i thought we were comparing game characters, not the actual games..
2. your comparing gameplay to cannon evidence..........again 🙄..
3. i find mk to be harder than sf..
4. sado, that link doesnt show you anything but a nearly blank page with some writing on it...completely irrelevant..

soul calibur, is a little hard, but unrewarding with not enough combos, guilty gear is just plain fun, an tekken kicks the asses of all three combined, due to the best engine and number of combos.

thats a dumb statement. if you look at the new mk's ie. da deception and armageddon you can do 13 hit combos. dont get me wrong im a street fighter fan also but mortal kombat wins if you compare a combo system.

Their gameplay is based on entering the same buttons over and over in a sequence, it's fun but it's superficial and cheap, SF you can customize your moves and combos and characters have different stats in speed, reach, and defense.

13 hit combos which require you switching styles. and if we are on the styles topic, mk gets none of the stances right, even some of the names are misspelled

"jeet kune do" "ninjitsu" "kempo" none of these are the correct way of saying them, midway is sort-of fun but couldn't find their asses with both hands (while using martial arts)

What the hell are you on about they had a martial artist helping them out for all that stuff Carlos Pesina the guy that was raiden for the motion capture for the older MK games

So really if they are wrong Carlos is the person that is wrong who is a martial artist 🙄

yeah well so am I, and i have seen all these stances, and mortal kombat got them all wrong, and escrima (quan chi's style) doesn't even exist, none of the street fighter moves exist, but they don't try to hide it.

Of course the streetfigther moves don't exist like to hell people can do a ****en hadoken or a harricane kick or even the psycho crusher 🙄

*watches as Kazenji misses the point, entirely*

Actually i'm not missing the point he said Moves not martial art stances

and escrima (quan chi's style) doesn't even exist

Are you absolutly sure about that because i'm pretty sure it does exist its an filipino martial arts

I'm a bigger fan of Mortal Kombat. I think Street Fighter has more powerful characters.
