The Top Ten Jedi/Sith in the Clone Wars

Ventress, what you smokin. That Sith wannabe can only do Force Push and Pull. The only thing I consider her decent in is fighting.

If you, as a Jedi Knight, can use lightning and Mighella can use lightning I see it highly likely that by Obsession Asajj can use lightning.

No, man, you can't consider, you need proof. Jan Duursema (my wonderful biographer) showed me using lightning. Unless, you show me in a book or comic that she used Force Lightning, then I am wrong. Otherwise, Ventress doesn't my ability.

Might I add that Vos was able to learn it intuitively.

Is that supposed to be a compliment or an insult?

How could that be interpreted as an insult?

Well, it could mean......... well nvm, since it isn't an insult.

So I guess I should ty Sith'ari

Asajj uses Force Lightning in Rattatak. There, happy?

Pretty good, personally I'd put Sidious above Yoda and would definately put Skywalker above Dooku. I doubt Depa > Obi-Wan and I think you underestimated Kit, I'd put him at the bottom and then switch Luminara and Bulq around. I'd probably put Bulq above Depa, too (though I do tend to favor Bulq sometimes). Kit ain't that strong, Asajj beat him in The Cestus Deception and Obsession Asajj > TCD Asajj so he's definately not above Asajj. I dunno how I'd rank Asajj and Quinlan, either, I might put Obsession Asajj > Quinlan. Of those 12 I'd say:
1. Sidious
2. Yoda
3. Mace
4. Anakin
5. Dooku
6. Kenobi
7. Bulq
8. Billaba
9. Unduli (probably)
10. Ventress (she might be stornger than Unduli. hard to say)
11. Quinlan Vos
12. Kit Fisto

True, I think I'll change it around slightly:

1. Yoda.
2. Darth Sidious.
3. Mace Windu.
4. Count Dooku.
5. Anakin Skywalker.
6. Depa Billaba.
7. Obi-Wan Kenobi.
8. Sora Bulq.
9. Quinlan Vos.
10. Assaj Ventress.
11. Kit Fisto.
12. Luminara Unduli

Hmm...

Why? You cant base them on one duel. If you did you would hace Mace above Sidious and Obi-Wan above Anakin. I havent benn following the thread but I just wanted to point that out. My list would be (with hardly any thought put into it):

1.Sidious
2.Yoda
3.Mace/Dooku
4.Anakin Skywalker
5.Obi-Wan Kenobi
6.Depa Billaba

Dunno about the rest.

I'm sure Advent has pwnd you in Skywalker vs. Dooku debates numerous times. I don't know why you won't just admit that Skywalker is more powerful than Dooku.

Because he is not.

Why would you have Obi-Wan above Anakin when it's already apparent that Anakin was not thinking clearly (and we know when he is, he's capable of almost beating anyone by the narration of the ROTS novelization), and also apparent that Anakin > Obi-Wan anyways, and of course, there's always the little fact Obi-Wan was doing everything in his power to GTF away from Anakin, and then needed to claim an advantage over Anakin in terrain to win. Cheap tactics won't save Kenobi in a versus match on here. Their duel was far different from the one with Dooku, where Anakin did win legit.

In any case, is it just me or does Sidious himself exactly admit to Grievous that Anakin is "more powerful than Lord Tyranus"?

Well he does say 'far younger and far more powerful'. I know technically power can be interpreted in many ways, and is generally interpreted as personal power (in regard to combat) when discussing jedi and sith and such, but the fact that he mentioned youth in the same sentence leads me to believe otherwise; it can be interpreted that the meanings are indirectly linked as such which would mean potential.

Great. So why dont we have Anakin above Yoda and Sidious? I dont see him being above even Mace - who is only a hair above Dooku in power anyway.

Is it just me, or do quotes mean jack sh*t. Here is a list of quotes which are completely off the mark:
-"At an end your rule is and not short enough it was" - Yoda
-"I have become more powerful than any jedi" - Dooku
-"You were my brother Anakin" - Obi-Wan
-"Army or not you must realise you are doomed" - General Greivous
And one of the biggest ones:
-"I, Im to weak, I cant hold it any longer" - Sidious

And why, exactly, would we have that? I wasn't aware "almost anyone" stems over to the two most powerful beings of the era. Need to work on reading comprehension much? Or did you just try to discredit what I said with the usual dumb shit that always ends up failing?

I dont see him being above even Mace - who is only a hair above Dooku in power anyway.

Um, contradicting yourself much? You always argue Dooku > Mace. Funny, huh?

And do tell what Mace has to do with anything (or your opinion of Dooku being a "hair" below Mace)? Mace isn't included in "almost anyone", and when I say "almost anyone" - I mean just that. Not everyone. Simple comprehension, but I forgot you like to try to pull this constant crap, so I'll specify next time; despite the fact there's really no need, you're just nitpicking.

Is it just me, or do quotes mean jack sh*t. Here is a list of quotes which are completely off the mark:
-"At an end your rule is and not short enough it was" - Yoda

And can Yoda know if Sidious' end is at a rule? No? Didn't think so.

-"I have become more powerful than any jedi" - Dooku

And can Dooku know if he is more powerful than any Jedi (obviously he was being an arrogant prick as usual)? No? Didn't think so. Plus, we know for a fact he's not. I can't see how arrogance correlates to a quote upon personal power from two beings Sidious actually knows and can gauge.

-"You were my brother Anakin" - Obi-Wan

How does that mean "jack shit"? Anakin and Obi-Wan were like brothers. Obi-Wan confesses his love for Anakin (non-homosexual). I can't see how that quote means "jack" (or how it's even relevant for that matter) due to the fact it's an obvious statement of friendship. He's telling Anakin just how much he cared for him, what he meant to him, etc.

-"Army or not you must realise you are doomed" - General Greivous

And can General Grievous know if whoever is doomed? No? Didn't think so. Again, it's another show of arrogance, and it doesn't correlate to what Sidious said because Sidious actually knows both of the people mentioned. Hell, one was his apprentice for thirteen years.

Sidious actually has the authority to make that call, and he said it with no context of talking to an opponent.

And one of the biggest ones:
-"I, Im to weak, I cant hold it any longer" - Sidious

Um? Did you forget it was like, an elaborate ruse? If you can tell me how Sidious telling Grievous that Anakin is more powerful than Dooku correlates to a ruse/arrogance/etc. then you may have a case. Sidious had no reason to lie, or exert arrogance; in fact, his authority on the call was more valid than any of the quotes you gave given the fact he knew both of them for years.

Every quotes' context you gave me was either clouded, made to inspire fear or whatever, or had no authority to even make the call. That's a tad bit different from what Sidious had said - as there's nothing he could gain and no reason to lie to Grievous.
