True fans would want a 4 hour movie with everything left intact, not the commercialized, badly acted, stripped-down pieces of crap we've been served. If you can't make a qulaity adaptation, don't do one at all.

The books didn't need to be made into movies at all; with those fantastic descriptions and incredibly rich imagery! I wonder why Rowling gave permission to this.
Just the whole existence of Radcliffe as Harry Potter is enough to completely ruin the movies let alone other things.

i really do have a lot of time for this post. i personally HATE the films. I think that they completely ruin the books, and put a really cheap and simple sort of veiw on them, when in fact they are FAB stories. They miss out ALLL the backstories, and lots of characters, which to me where some of the best and most captivating parts of the story, which shouldnt fit together without them. For example they missed most of dumbledors and grindewalds story in the last one. also snapes. what is with the girl in the cafe at the start of the half blood prince as well?! did that even happen? i could go on fo pages.\\

I also think most of the characters the chose are RUBBISH
Dan is a FAIL!! I HATE HIM.
Emma is nothing like hermionie
Barty crouch JR. RUBBISH!
dumbledore is portrayed as aggressive, and no where near as close to harry as he is supposed to be.
and Sirius!! GOD NO!! totally wrong actor for him
