Reason why I think wolverine should win almost every time verse captain America.

Healing factor is twice that of a normal human
Wolverine

Durability 4(or 5 depends on the stat book)

Healing factor 7(one of the strongest in marvel)
Stat wise wolverine is the better.
Wolverine is not a peak human he is a step above that. Captain is only that of a peak human he can never reach up to wolverine’s level of agility, strength, and reflex.

AGILITY and REFLEX FEATS not all but some
(Wolverine in Black Shadow! White Shadow! Chapter one the killing ground) Has wolverine cutting a guys gun to piece with out him even seeing it. Also in the same issue wolverine dodges a bunch of machinegun firer.
(Wolverine #40) wolverine well carrying a girl , dodges beams of deadly light.
(Wolverine vs Spiderman nuff said? #48) wolverine has a little fist fight with spiderman and seems to have had the upper hand in the battle.
(wolverine #137) wolverine dodges a bunch of lazers.
(x-men #103) wolverine show some his agility well getting out of a trap rogue get him in.
(Wolverine #134) wolverine defeats a good amount of heros.
(Daredevil man with out fear! Vs Wolverine #249) wolverine dodges bush wacker machine gun firer well running at him.
STRENGTH FEATS not all but some
(wolverine #41) wolverine throws a shark on to a boat.
(Wolverine #44) wolverine runs right through a wall of rocks with out slowing. Also in the same issue kicks a rock almost the size of his body very fast at the black shadow monster.
(Wolverine #45) wolverine picks up a tree and hits the black shadow with it.
(wolverine #42) wolverine is said to have special strength and agility due to being a mutant.
OTHER FEATS
(wolverine #51) Wolverine fight is the equivalent of an Olympic gymnast doing a gold medal routine while simultaneously beating four chess computers in his head.
(Wolverine 32#) wolverine said to be able to grow back his head and is said to have done it.

we have already discussed why Marvel's OWN numbers (unfortunatly) can't be trusted.
I'm not arguing with you about wolvies powers, but these stats are compleatly insignifigant, again, this is highly unfortunate
i tend to think wiki is more accurate, but thats a HUGE personal bias, but even it is quoting an unreliable source

In this particular battle Wolverine has no claws, no adamantium skeleton, and no healing factor. That taken into account Wolverine is still slightly above Captain America in some aspects. But i don't think that he is higher enough to really make much of a difference. I think the deciding factor he is Cap's SSS. One of his powers is that he can continually exert himself at maximum for a really long time since he can't tire. Wolverine on the other hand, can't. One of the reasons he is able to go for so long now is because of his healing factor. W/o that he can't hang with Cap. Cap 6/10.
