Just a little bit in a large glass of warm water, then you dip your ear into the water. It eats away bacteria that causes infections.

my ears are like.. not sore at all though, so .. yea wouldnt make much difference

w00t! I bought 12s today and they slipped right in 😱 theyre cool, im giving one of my 14s to a friend of mine so he can have a lip ring with balls cause he looses them all the time. but i have the other one in my left ear in the second piercing.
