ok so shall we discuss vampires or werewolves next ...or maybe we should talk about the silent waging between the two species and who would mostlikely win it

but in all seriousness werewolf lore and vampire lore started at the same time and if you check sightings they usually coincide with rumors of vampires....kinda fishy if you ask me

vampires & werewolves = fiction. and generally, a vampire would be better. mmm

Yeah. Though the traiditional aspect of either basically sucks. I prefer the more powerful versions we find today.

like halfhuman half vampire offspring show immunity to silver garlic and sunlight yet have all the strength a pure blood vampire wont have until if and when he reaches his thousandth year

halfbreed lycans are immune to the toxic effects of lycanism(when a werewolf transforms during full moon it shortens its lifespan) which is triggered by moon light but can transform on a whim

Just to completely butt in I'd add that I like the Vampires from Underworld and the ones from the Buffyverse.
Werewolves, though, not so much.

The werewolves from Underworld are cool, but of course vampires are better. They're always them, rather than turning into a wolf every night.

I played a PC game called Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, which had a really cool Vampire mythology and society. In fact the creators of it tried to sue the producers of Underworld for stealing some of their ideas.

You should it was really good, and you could play it as different characters. Plus there was multiple endings.

I also might have to play that game, I love open ended games.

I am currently playing KOTOR again. It is excellent. No Vampires though.

I finished those games with each ending. I would say the first game was better than the second, the characters were better.
