yeah but stuff still happens that effects me deeply in my life

example of this, my ex (who i still have string feelings for) was kicked out of her house by her mother (who broke us up) and she has just left school and has nowhere to go. that made me furious then numb. then i cut

Do you have any other mental disorders or just depression? What happened to your ex? Hope she's okay..

I'm on 100mg. hmm Staying steady at that. I didn't get a rash that I know of. Though it's hard to tell what's from my illness and what are side effects of the other drugs I'm taking.

The best step, from experience, is to just talk to someone you trust and have known for a long time, and let your feelings out.
