MAGNETO. Basically, he breaks these rules:

No Telekinesis (He can levitate people)

One-hit-kill moves (Iron in the blood anyone?)

Strength: Thing (He can use his magnetic powers to get himself to Class 100)

Power enhancing that goes beyond any of the caps

And I think he beats Iron Man's energy projection cap with ease.

When Exiles Mimic and Evil Mimic met, Exiles Mimic took one of Evil Mimic's powers (Xavier's telepathy) and used it on him. So if each Mimic has five slots, when they try to copy another Mimic, they have to give up one slot to take one single power.

yeah i read that.... but it wasn't explained well at all.... Exiles Mimic is supposed to drop a power before taking a new one, after that incident he had all the abilities he started with

but was his mimicing of a mimiced power half Xavier strength or a quarter Xavier strength?

Can I get a ruling on Box from Alpha Flight? He's basically the Canadian Ironman.

With ability to manipulate molecules of metal, plastic and steel...i'm not sure of it, but I think all kinds of molecular manipulations were banned. 🙁

You could render all equipment using characters pretty much useless.

It's manipulation of the electromagnetic field, not telekinesis 😉

He never actually showed to be able to do that now did he?

He only has half Magneto's powers, so 50 tons 😉

However, i conceded to him having no powers when the tourney starts. Seriously, i don't mind. He'll mimic his teammates, and then i'll get along 😉

Yeah, i agree that it was ambiguous but it was the only reference we have. And since he was able to force feed Evil Mimic memories and such while he retained his telepathic powers, it indicates that his level of power was the same as Evil Mimic's. So lacking any other proof or anything, i'd say that's that, really.

As for him not retaining the power, yeah, that was prolly a writer's glitch.

this probably breaks a rule as well:

"Jeffries can also psionically manipulate metal on the atomic and molecular levels."

I kind of mind...maybe if he would be limited to manipulate only his own armor it wouldn't be so bad. But etc. Grey Fox has Ultimate Captain America, and Box could take his greatest asset away with one thought..and Agent Zero (my pick) uses lot of equipment as well.

He doesn't exceed the strenght cap, though. Thing is 85-90.

Power amping is not banned. For example, Sebastian Shaw is allowed. Molecular control is banned however.
