Its easier to explain Brock returning than Harry.Brock got caught in the explosion, we didnt clearly see him die.There were no remains of him whatsoever.Just say that he somehow escaped the explosion, though many people will come out with the bones thing, I doubt the majority of the audience wasted their lives getting exact screen shots to post and torment Venom fans.Either way, we never really saw Brock clearly die.Harry died in Peter's arms, we saw him clearly die and clearly be buried.

There were no bones, with those...dudes in the first movie there were bones when they had the pumpkin bomb thrown at them

actually they could use it to torture brocks mind, remember in the comics it always bothered him deep down inside that he killed that gaurd when he escaped the vault the first time. U know they can that he's has a twisted sense of justice in him.
