I have no doubt that the Scorpion would make an interesting villain, but I haven't anything regarding him. Also I still think that The Lizard will be a great choice and that their are so many other choices for one more villain in the movie. The fake poster with Black Cat, I think that will turn out true because I think its hight time that she is introduced and thieer are numerous hot and good actress like Jessica Biel would make a grand choice.

You could make a great story with the Scorpion.
J. Jonah Jameson sponsors the works of Professor Farley Stillwell in an attempt in saving the Daily Bugle from plunging under. Stillwell makes attempts in creating a government Spider-Man. However, we find out that the Bugle is in so much peril, that Jameson has other plans: He wants to make his own personal superhero to beat Spider-Man, and create the story of the century. Regrettably, Stillwell agrees in hopes of more funds to his work.
Now we enter Mac Gargan. High school dropout, and local suckup janitor for anywhere needing a scrubbing. His parents consider him a failure, his wife left him, and his house is on eviction notice.
He overhears Jonah and Stillwell talking, and offers to be their personal test subject. During the final test, the protective armor that saves him from certain death, fuses with his skin, and grants him insane durability. Ending the touch of his personal superhero, Jameson provides Gargan with a tail that is linked to Mac's mind, and does whatever he pleases. He is now called the Scorpion, the ultimate spider killer.
Spider-Man hears a distress call on the roof of the Bugle, only to be ambushed by the Scorpion. After a long fight with Pete appearing to lose, Gargan plans to take off his mask to show the world who defeated Spider-Man. However, his mask is fused to his skin, and he can no longer show his face to the world. This drives Mac insane, and he disappears from sight.
During the movie, we get some developement on who is underneath the suit, and the pain he is feeling. Later, he realizes the source of his problems: J. Jonah Jameson. So now he is on a warpath to kill the Bugle publisher, and anyone else in his way.
My Take on Spider-Man 4
Story starts with MJ telling Peter she wants a break and is moving to another city to pursue her career in modeling. Peter is heartbroken at this but decides to let her because he just wants her to be happy. In the light of her leaving Gwen Stacy comforts him and as the story goes on a romance opens up between him and her. Meanwhile Peter becomes Dr Curt Conners lab assistant at the local university. In this time Conners has been devising tests to try and grow his lost arm and he tries with Lizard DNA and bam becomes the Lizard after a series of self dosages. Meanwhile Kraven the Hunter has come to NYC he is haunted by nightmares of a giant Lizard man kind of what Curt Conners becomes and when he sees this he is determined to hunt Lizard down to banish those demons. Spidey is caught in the middle of trying to reach out to Curt and stopping Kraven from killing him then Kraven becomes sole intact on destroying Spider-Man to prove himself as the ultimate hunter. Now that would be my outline for the story and here would be my cast for the movie.

And Bruce Campbell would have a cameo as bystander who stands up to Kraven and gets killed by him. I would up the humor on Spidey`s side as I thought this was one major thing lacking from the first three movies. I would have Danny Elfman doing the score for the movie and Sam Rami coming back to direct. 🙂

I would not really have him, I have not read many intersting stories with him and if you read Kraven`s Last Hunt and adapt that to a movie story line tiying it in with The Lizard you can really have a dark and psychological Spider-Man story. 😎
