What's everyone's opinion on Natalia being The Black Cat? And a bit of Sam Raimii news regarding Spidey 4.

I wouldn't mind her being the Black Cat.

Also, that's some interesting news.

She could make a good Felecia Hardy. I've always known Raimi would return. As soon as it is official, I'll be very happy

Wouldn't be a bad choice...but I don't want Raimi to return, someone new would be nice.

About that Spider-Man 4 eBay Auction
Source😖uperhero Hype! September 1, 2008

We received many e-mails from the fans asking about this auction which is offering some incredible things for Spider-Man 4.

Since the fourth installment hasn't moved beyond a screenwriter so far, we wanted to make sure this was legit before mentioning it on the site. And after checking with some of our best sources, we found out that the winner of the auction will indeed get the below:

A visit to the set of Spider-Man 4 (one shooting day)
Location of visit will be determined by Sony Pictures based on scheduling of visit
A meet and greet with the cast (1 hour)
A walk-on/ extra role in the film for the auction winner only
Role and length of screen time to be determined by Sony Pictures
Trip to the New York premiere
Location of American premiere may be changed at Sony Pictures' discretion
Designer outfits to wear to premiere for winner and guest from top designers
Designers to be chosen by Sony Pictures
Winner and guest may keep the outfits
Winner and Guest will walk the premiere's red carpet

That is, IF the movie gets made. Otherwise you'll have to look a bit further down the page where it says, "If experience cannot be fulfilled, Sony Pictures will provide alternative set visits/premieres based on the provider's availability."

Now, since the third movie made a massive $890.9 million worldwide, we can't see Sony not making another film, whether it's a fourth film or a spin-off, but it's something to keep in mind before putting down over $5,000!

Regardless, the auction benefits the excellent Stand Up To Cancer, so what are you waiting on?!

I'm looking forward to the 4th film, hopefully it'll be better than no.3 which was a let down

Weakest of the 3 by far.

No.2 was the best

Co-signed on that.

Fight with Doc Ock on the train made that movie even better

It appears that both Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire are locked for Spidey 4 and 5, but then again I always knew...

Yeah, it was pretty obvious that those two weren't going to leave.

If Kirsten goes then I won't lose any sleep over it, she sucks

I read the script, and it was god awful. He made Peter seem like a total creep(spying on Mary Jane while she was undressing in her bedroom), Electro and Sandman were absolutely nothing like their comic counterparts(their names weren't even right), Spider-Man swore(and even said 'f***'😉, Uncle Ben was completely two dimensional, and the webbing was a weird semen-connected substance.

I kid you not.

Heres the script for anyone who wants to read it. So far, I've read part one, and I have one question...

What the hell is a 17 year old supposed genious doing in Biology? I'm 15 and I'm taking physics... 😐

I just finished reading it. It actually wasn't half as bad as you guys made it out to be.

Although, the way he beat the villains was kind of messed up. Its directly his fault both of them died (then again, it was no worse than when he threw a bomb in harry's face in number three... then again, he was influenced by the black suit then).

I also didn't like electros and sandmans personalities. Sandman was your regular thug, and electro was a Norman Osborn rip off. A bad one. In fact, one of his speeches is exactly the same as the goblins speech when he was trying to get Peter to join him in the movies.

But other than that, it was pretty good. An epic final battle too.

Dont know if this was posted or not.

Now, Deadline Hollywood Daily has added on that director Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire have apparently signed on the dotted line for Spider-Man 4, which the studio is targeting for a May 2011 release.

I agree. Not bad at all. Better than Spider-Man 3. No idea why Cameron had to give Sandman and Electro new identities. I kind of see that Electro was a completely different character, but he could keep the name. Sandman was much the same, just a thug, really.

Bruce already posted that information, but it was from a different source.

Anyway, it's still good news.
