I sure hope that this wasn't one of those instances where someone commented on one or two of the few things that the Nazi party did right and were then labled nazi sympathysers.
As for Nazi's and free masonry, Some higher up Nazi were at one point free masons, however, many members of the masonic order were persecuted by the Nazi party as they saw this organization counterprodutive to their cause.
Many of the british, canadian, australian and american soldiers and officers serving in WW2 were also free masons, I doubt they were in cohoots with the Nazis.

I'm sure you're right about the soldiers and yes, the Masons,like the Catholics, were persecuted by Nazi's. For obvious reasons however that does not change the fact that the Grand Master of the Texan Lodge was a Nazi sympathiser.

Can you please refer me to that article as I can seem to find it. And even if the Grand Master of the Texan Lodge was a Nazi sympathiser, it reflects as little on the Masonic order as does George Bush being an overly aggressive, incomprehensible buffoon with a tenuous grasp of the english language reflects on the millions of people he represents.
