I think after the picks are picked and everything is finalized, there should be no more bannings or abilities voted out(unless there is something hidden or totally unknown someone pulls out of no where), otherwise, people will start voting against tactics and abilities just because they don't want to face them.

Basically, after we're done, if someone doesn't like how karate kid can do a certian ability, you should have voted to ban it the first time around.
