I thought he was immediately skilled in the use of the powers, but not the person's exact memories... Kind of like reflexive skills gained through martial arts training. Heh. If he's not, only SA would be banned (since Composite Man is regardless)

It seems the bannage is probably going to end up happening, unless there's a sudden landslide of approval for experience stealing. Start thinking of new guys now, LP.

Oh, and as to the NEXT drafts... If all of this gets cleared up today, we'll start tomorrow. If not, we wait till Thursday. No biggie.

That's what I meant by skill copying. He retains his personality and memories, but if the character he copies can do something with their powers, he can do it too. He knows the more subtle details, including weaknesses and upper limits. Wheras even if Mimic were given a person's full powerset, he would not be as good with it as they would, simply because he would have no idea what to do with it. I'd say Gideon falls under skill/experience stealing, which has been very recently banned. Sorry KVD.

Ethereal, long pig, and K Von Doom each need a new second round pick before we can start round 3.

Unless I misread it, on page 22 Dizzle says Composite Man is a no no.

I don't beleive a character that can use all of his relatives powers should be allowed either, to be honest. I say he can use hie inherrent abilities only, not his siblings.

to be honest the power copying thing seemed kinda sketchy from the get go

Powerhouse is fine. He's within the caps, even when all of the powers are smashed together. Him and Zero G (normal Alex) are pretty much 2 different characters. It's no different than Mimic using the 4 powers that he usually has.
