It's not telepathy, it's an ultrasonic pulse that effects the nerve center of the inner ear and causes disorientation. I did my homework going into this round. It's perfectly legal.

I've decided to allow Winter. Aside from fighting the High, he really doesn't seem to exceed the caps.

Vertigo breaks the OHKO rule. Because she took out a LARGE chunk of the Avengers in one go. It's technically not telepathy, but it may as well be.

Very sorry LP, but I actually own some Simpsons comics... In one Radioactive Man travels to an alternate dimension that is based on... well, him. He punches one guy with no effect, then thinks "Could he be as strong as I am?" The guy pulls back and punches him into orbit. RM is perfectly fine. He IS Superman, basically. I'll still allow McBane or Bartman though...
