Bah... If no one really has a problem with Phantazia anymore, I guess you can have her. Her powers aren't to the extreme that you'd be able to take whole teams, or truthfully even more than one really good character, at a time. Whatever, this needed to be done on Saturday...
And yes, those who break specific caps will be banned. Characters who push the caps and end up being insanely useful, however, are not. Animal Man is an amazingly good pick, what can I say. Dealt with in more detail in the actual fight thread...

Actually, that dude who writes the bios there has written some at Marvel handbooks, etc. Science of the X-Men, but whatever, you can have Phantazia...

really, then could you provide a quote or something, because i know excatley who your talking about(monolith), and when i asked him just the other day, he said that he has never written anything for marvel, but wishes to someday.
