No they don't, or they would have overpowered Hulk but they didn't. There was like 3 on him and 4 on Tower yet they both survived.
Your changing the rules, because they are seperate entities that fight. They don't have a jointed strength, the only thing jointed is their pain and hunger due to the curse. No, Paradise X Wendigo is not out of the limits, trust me I have the issue.

I mean that one Wendigo is within the limits, and so is MM wendigo because he does not have 15000000+ strength. Combined strength is something that has nothing to do with the caps in a tourny, plus this MM wendigo is much weaker than normal.

Actually, the difference there is that the powers combined within Mimic are at 50% and can only come from characters in the tournament, which keeps him under the cap overll. Multi-Wendigo can turn into an army of Class 75 characters whcih is overwhelming above the cap.
50 Wendigos are far stronger than 1 Thing.

mimic can take mulipile man, take a stronger character and mix it with others with more strength, same thing but no one is complaining....
