No. That was only after he was absorbed into the Oan Battery. He lost those powers. He also received a lobotomy which reverted him back to normal levels and made him a Teen Titan's foe for a while before he recovered his intellect.

He's a serial rapist with light powers now.

I told Longpig first since he already had MM and then you asked me about Wendigo later. That's why I had the scans so quick. Also hopefully I won't have to post the entire issue
