phantazia has never shown to be able to affect anyones bodily functions, besides the link i provided doesn't even say anything about controling bioelectricity

I really want to know why speedfreek (adamantuim?), and Animal man(any freakin power in the animal kindom, plus things like the sonic boom of a pistol snapper, strength of a t rex, cockroach durability (which at his porportional strength would be REALLY HIGH, considering there the only animals that would be left alive in a nuke bomb.....or did I just make that up? no I think im right on that...... arnt banned?

what if the character's abilites aren't metahuman? i mean what if all their powers are natural to their species.... like an a Skrull.... would it affect their ability to change shape even though that ability isn't considered meta?
