to a certain degree Id say she isnt. It all depends on the nature of the "element" she wants to use. I really cant think of anything more than lighting, wind related things, water related things, fire related things, and or earth related things that she could do. That about sums if all up.
I guess I was add my vote to the mix. First off good lord you all suck for your army and duplications. Both had good plans that could have made it go either way. However, I would say Blair wins due to he can possibly make 2 armys, one a Wendigo army and the other being a variety of powers from the various people fighting. So if this is actually allowed, I would have to give the vote to blair.

I don't mean to but in but I had an idea that might work.
What if, first thing in the fight, you simpley had Radioactive Man go critical. Just had him release all of his radiation all at once. From these specs I found for Iron Man 2020 http://www.advancediron.com/armory/im2020.php He should be able to keep the rest of your team safe. This move would likely kill Radioactive Man but it might be worth it.
How would this effect the other team? As I see it any one without some serious protection of some type will be out of the fight after a major dose of radiation. Crystal would be gone as her drubility is only slightly higher than a normal human, Powerhouse would be ok as he can absorb energy, and Wendigo may or may not be overloaded with pain (more on that later)
As for Duplicate Boy, thoes of his clones that had Crystal's abilites should be gone but thoes with Powerhouse's set likewise should be fine. Why is this important when you would still be considerably out numbered? Because Dublicate Boy (Prime) the one with Multiple Man's ability and the one that all of the others depend on should die. Since MM has no defense against radiation, neither should Dublicat Boy. This means that all of the Duplicate Boys should be dead and/or gone.
This would leave one Powerhouse and the army of Wendigo's (not sure of their pain tolerence so they might still be in the fight). You are down one fighter but should be able to more than hold your own.
To make a long post short (too late), by having Radioactive Man go critical you could eliminate Duplicate Boy (prime) because with that power set he has no protection, all of his clones, and crystal with one death leaving you Animal Man, Iron Man 2020, and Speedfreak.
Again I don't mean to but in or anything and sorry if I'm out of line. Hope this helps and damn good job to Blair Wind for picking Duplicate Boy. He's a tough opponent.

once he's gone then the stupid clone army goes with him
plus animal man can always create more Dupes than DB or MM anyway..... so the numbers aren't that important

Well guys I am ready to cast my vote but first this is the reason.
This match basically comes down to to duplicates that for sure.
LP's AM pyhsical brutes vs BW's more versatile ones.
I think LP will gain the number advantage as in for every 1000 of BWs clones LP could have 1300 to 1600 Clones of his own. But can they stake up against BW's Versaitlity he has going. Speedfreak Ironman are all useless. They simply would be overwhelmed by numbers. Infact the only real help that would be given would be Wendigo because he could make another 1000 wendigos to help fight the AM.
I think I will vote for BW because just to versatile and powerful.
