Story: Mind was born from Ice. He has been around since Ice had inherited his mind powers because he WAS Ice's mind powers. Mind stayed inside of Ice, learning everything about him, until the Justice power drove him out. It has taken many years, but Mind has finally taken form, the form of his host. Mind is not a clone or copy of Ice, in a way, he IS Ice. Although Mind is evil, he can't be harmed by the Justice power because both his and Ice's souls are exactly the same.
