The Judgment of Celestial

Brad didn't find Eve in the garden. Maybe it was because there was no class today because of the festival. He didn't know and he didn't care. He went to Eve's room and lightly knocked on the door.

"What am I doing," he thought to himself. "It's to early in the morning and she may be sleep."

He didn't want to seem to annoying but for some reason, he couldn't quite put his finger on it, he had to see Eve. She was a very interesting girl and the way she told and talked about her past really impressed Brad. So what he did was wait for an answer at her door hoping that she was awake.

Monday, 8:00 AM

Jack stood in front of the fountain of the front gates. He was softly signing, "Me revoici dans ce bar enfume avec mes yeux iures je me parle a moi meme; oh C'Etait toi; oh C'Etait toi."

"Yeah, thanks." Bralor replied to the compliment. "You guys ever heard of forbidden spells?" It was a risky shot, but maybe they could tell him more. Either that, or tell a teacher or other high Cielo Warrior, and they would condemn him.

andrew looked thoughtful..then he saw Bralor's worried expression...he laughed.."dont worry, if i had anything to tell you, i wouldn't rat on you..unfortunately, im physical...i kinda leave that stuff up to dark auras...if you really want to know, go to the librar..they have practically everything there"

"A tour would be nice." Harold replied. He wasn't really all that worried about the big exams being soon. He's had worse luck before.

andrew turned to Harold.."very well..well have to be quick, the festivals today, and i want to get back to training..maybe we could spar sometime? anyways, advanced history is in that room, where Sebastian is now...dunno what hes doing..i thought there were no classes today..through there are the gardens" andrew pointed "you can hear jack singing from here..damn that kid can sing...the training dummies are in that closed off room in there..we use that for training against multiple enemies in various poses...most of the classes a physical like us take are in that hall, with the physical dorms right next to it...and thats the library-"

andrew stopped, remembering the book jack was looking at..he shook it out..not important he told himself.."so..uh...any questions?"

"Yeah. Where can I register to get a dorm room?"

Tina opened her eyes quickly and sat up in the bed just as quickly. She looked around before she sat on the edge of the bed. She stared into the mirror on the way, blankly. As her currently tired vision slowly got clearer, she looked closer into the mirror. The reflection showed the window and the window showed the sun. Her eyes popped up and she quickly stood.

"FESTIVAL DAY!"

A cold chill spread down her spine as she had slept for so long. She grabbed her clothes and comb, along with the mirror that she had given back yesterday night. She walked forth and back in the room, brushing her hair, putting her clothes on and looking herself in the mirror. Her pulse was higher than ever and she had no idea why she was so excited over a simple festival. Maybe because it was a chance for her to dress up pretty without being laughed or mocked at.

Suddenly, she recalled how she had forgotten her new dress in her locker down by the gym, as she went there straight after she had been out shopping. Only having the pants partly on, shirt half pulled over head and the comb in her hair, she bounced to the door. She quickly opened it without seeing, as she had her shirt over her head. Once more did her clumsy self get the best of her, as she with high force ran the door into her head as she opened it. Which resulted in her knocking herself unconcious.

Eve was sat up when she heard someone knock on her door. She slowly got up and went to her door, not tripping over anything thanks to her cleaning, she opened the door and saw Brad. She smiled at him "Hey Brad" then she remembered that she had dressed up and shyness took a hold of her.

Bralor nodded to Andrew, then said "Goodbye" to the two. He immediately went back to the library, which was his initial plan, and found the book again. He weighed that book and the book he had checked out earlier, opening them both to the appropriate pages he needed. One page was blank, a spell lock covering any text. He concentrated on the lock, then sent a pulse of celestial energy over it. The magic on the book dispersed, and then Bralor went to work on the text. He found traces of ink, then sent another pulse of celestial energy. Black ink started to form letters on the page, and now there was legible text on the book. It was just what he was looking for.

THE FOLLOWING SPELLS ARE ONLY TO BE ATTEMPTED WITH THOSE HIGHLY SKILLED IN THE DARK ARTS.

Black Nova: The user creates a devastatingly powerful fire blast that not only burns all in its path, it poisons their very celestial energy. Once it does this, it will hurt the opponent to use the simplest of spells. This spell can only be used by those who have discovered their full potential and are able to generate magnitude-8 fire....

The spell seemed simple enough to learn, but magnitude-8 fire was out of reach for him just then. He hadn't came close to achieving his potential, but this spell would be his someday.

Demon Form: Using a variety of spells at once, the user transforms into a monstrous form, increasing their power greatly. Although they gain extreme strength and a rise of celestial power, they also become far less civilized, as well becoming primal and destructive...

He continued reading on about these forbidden spells until he was complete. Then, after noting the more useful powers, he closed the book and replaced it on the bookshelf. He left the forbidden spells unlocked and visible if he needed future reference, and he left the library.

Sebastian was in class, writing down the context from a novel he has read about the great five. An alignment of different Celestia's bound with nature. Each had one of the five parts of nature. He wrote down a summary of the novel and his opinions on the book in essay form. He was not really thinking about the festival at the moment but once school is over, he will be phyched!

Monday, 8:30 AM

Headmaster Quiin stood on the center of the stage in an empty garden. The students were busy getting ready for the Festival of the Moon. Headmaster Quiin was a lone figure standing in the light rain. Headmaster Quiin opened his eyes as a man in a black hood appeared behind him.

"The hour is near headmaster. You know this," the man said.

"...I know," Quiin replied not turning to face him. A flock of birds flew above head as the rain begun to come to a halt. Two more men in black hoods appeared behind the first one, the one on the left was much taller and more massive while the other was shorter. Each had a strange symbol on their shoulders of a black rose. Headmaster Quiin turned around to face the three, "...but no matter what...I shall do everything I can to prevent it."

"There is nothing you can do to stop it. You are a feeble old man pass his prime. Enjoy the sunrise why you can for only a few remain," the middle one said. Mist rose from the ground and covered and three and it soon passed and the three were gone. Headmaster Quiin still stood and was soon joined by Master Locke.

"Were those...them?" Locke asked.

"...yes."

Bralor stood on the roof, his arm over his knee. He was watching the headmaster and another master, as well as the mysterious men who vanished into thin air. The two masters had trouble looks on their faces, and Bralor wanted to know who those men were.

Interesting. He had heard their unfriendly voices, though he couldn't make out what they said. He was glad he wasn't spending his time preparing for the festival; this was far more intriguing to him. Bralor gazed at Quiin to see what the elder would do next.

Ichigo began to pretend as if he was writing he had to write a essay and had no clue of what to do. Looking forward he stood up slightly eying Sebastians paper and instantly had it copied on his paper. He sat back down scooting his chair back and put his feet on the desk. He had just completed his essay thanks to Sebastian.

"thats the easy bit" andrew said, grinning..he took Harold to the physical dorms..."ok..see this one? the red light means its vacant, so.." andrew pulled out his student card, slotted it into the opening..a screen on the door lit up..
"scan, owner?" a computerized voice said..
"confirm, Harold" andrew replied clearly..the computer hummed for a few seconds then
"status?"
"arrived 3 days ago"
the computer hummed again, then a picture of Harold filled the screen.."confirm, owner?"
"confirm"
"unlock will initiate now, thank you" Andrew's card slotted out, the light turned green, and the door opened..
"you'll need one of these" he told Harold.."to lock/unlock the door..you can go unpack, ill be at the gardens, training" andrew left the new guy, walking out the side door and heading to the gardens by the quickest route..

Sebastian: Can't you answer the questions in your own words?

Sebastian said annoyed.

Monday, 9:00 PM

"Should we cancel?" Locke asked.

"No. We have come to far to be threatened by this. Long have the elders before us prepared for this day...the Great Revival...if it is completed then I don't want to think about what will happen. Master Locke send out Zeta Squad at once to gather what information they can. We cannot fight this war without knowledge on our enemy," Quiin ordered.

"Right away Headmaster Quiin," Locke replied and ran off. Quiin still stood motionless. Some time passed before the grand Cielo Masters arrived including Cecil, Helen, and Locke. Zeta Squad, Mu Squad, Epsilon Squad, and Sigma Squad all gathered around the stage standing side by side. Headmaster Quiin stood in the center of all; 39 Cielo Masters plus Quiin to make 40. They stood with a Physical Prowess had a Light Aura and Dark Aura standing on both sides of him.

This ritual was used before each festival to give thanks to Aon in Avalon. Quiin said looking into the heavens, "and so it was that on the third day He rose into the heavens clothed in purity without a stain. His will be done here on Igros, His laws be honored in all our ways, to avoid temptation such lust for women, lust for wealth, and lust for that which has been named forbidden by you.

"Guide us in all that we do for You are higher than all of us. We cannot even begin to compare ourselves to You. Watch these students as they embark on the Field Exams to not unite but divide, the faithful from the faithless," Quiin knelt down in prayer followed by all the Cielo Masters. Their Celestial Energy became visible; Physical Prowess had a blue energy, Light Aura had green energy, and Dark Aura had red energy.

All but Quiin had one of these three colors for Quiin had clear energy. The energy from the Cielo Masters begun to surround Quiin and just like that it sank into Igros to give the planet life. Quiin stood and like that Zeta Squad ran off to complete their mission. All the other squadrons went to different parts of the academy to guard and protect it. Quiin returned into his office with Locke, Cecil, and Helen to prepare.

Jack walked into the training room to find it empty. The students were too excited about the festival to train it appeared. Jack decided that it wasn't his time to train for everything under heaven there is a time and this wasn't the time. Jack returned to the library to see it as lifeless as the training room. Only the librarian sat silently asleep. Jack walked over and sat down.

"Something troubles you O'Neil?" Master Cecil said sitting at a table that Jack hadn't seen as he entered reading a book.

"No..." Jack answered.

"Come now O'Neil. I don't need Celestial to see you are lying," Cecil replied. "You know your brother was an amazing student of mine. He was brave, smart, fast, powerful...but I could tell something troubled him. That's something you two have in common it seems. I have been saving this technique for someone who has the will to use it. It is the strongest attack that any mortal can perform. It seems you cannot wield it...but threat not for not even I can use it.

"In fact only one person has managed to use it throughout Igrian history. His name was Elijah Diadem; the Chosen of Celestial. As you may know the Chosen of Celestial has a direct link to Aon so His power increased Elijah's Celestial to such a degree that he was capable on using it."

"What was it called?" Jack asked.

"You need not worry about it O'Neil. There is plenty of time to focus on such a powerful attack. You are a skilled warrior O'Neil and with time you can become a great master but do not rush it," Master Cecil answered. "I look forward to training you."

And with that Master Cecil left the library. Jack sat down and couldn't help but think about everything that has happened to him throughout his seven years at the academy. He still remembers his second year (Jack was 12) when James (who was 16) became an elder brother figure and helped Jack out. James went on to the Field Exams but failed. James left the academy to go after what he always said was his true passion; knowledge.

James headed off to the Gandriar Grand College and at the age of 17 and became a top professor for the UNI Army. James sends letters to Jack every now and then but lately he has been too busy working on a powerful cannon that could whip out an island to use to keep peace.

Bralor stood back, turning away from the spectacle that had just occurred. So much celestial energy in one place was impressive, and it reminded him of the spells he had just studied. Maybe it was time to put them to the test.

He jumped down from the roof, sliding across the stone banister and onto the luscious grass below. Bralor took the immediate path to the east garden grounds, which was usually unoccupied. He stood in the center, beautiful silver fountains surrounding him.

Raising his hands into the air, Bralor focused all of his celestial energy into them. He wanted to attempt a weaker version of the black nova. A bright, maroon energy started to gather around his hands, spiraling into his palms. Come on... It started to manifest into sparks, then finally flame, until it was a growing fireball. It reached 10 inches in diameter, and eventually 20, when it exploded in his face. It blew Bralor back, sending him into the grass. But he wouldn't give up just yet.

He jumped to his feet, and repeated it. But this time, he spread the energy out into a field around his hands. Then, he manifested it into fire, and it grew. Finally, it fired.

The blast erupted from his hands, as the colossal fireball launched into the air, followed by a thick trail of flame. It illuminated the entire garden, reflecting off the pools surrounding him. A luminous array of crimson light echoed through the field, and Bralor felt it, falling to his knees from exhaustian; only one word could describe it. Power.

andrew saw the commotion and ran over to bralor.."you...dumbarse" he said, knocking bralor on his back.."you think the heads are gonna stand around while you nearly blow up the f***king school!"..he pulled bralor up again.."that being said, not a bad piece of fireworks"..

(I thought that I already replied to this hmm That's strange.)

Brad was speechless. Eve looked amazing. Her gown looked as if it was made for a princess just to walk through the garden. "Eve. You look gorgeous."

He saw that she was blushing and had that look in her eye. "And there is no reason for you to be shy. At least not around me. Your beautiful and people need to see that."

Brad didn't know why he was saying this but it was true. Eve was a beautiful girl inside as well as out and it was high time for her to show it off.

"Heh, don't worry. I'm not going to try its full power until I can control it. I bet I can tear through anything with it, though. I lost all my energy doing it, though. It'll be a long time before I can use it in battle." He changed the subject. "You going to the festival?"

"Ah, thanks." Harold said as Andrew left. Harold went inside his dorm room and began to unpack when he heard an explosion in the grounds. He looked out his window and saw Andrew talking to Bralor. "Hmm...looks like martial arts aren't the only thing they teach here. Heh, I'm probably going to surprise them with how much I know about physical combat. Being the new guy and all." Harold thought to himself before laying down on his bed and wondering what to do next.

Sebastian could not believe the nuymber of people in one place. The festival was packed with many pupils that possesed incredible celestial. He smiled as he walked around the scenery for awhile, hoping to find someone to interact with. He slid down the railing going to the lower part of the area where the number of people were mostly at.

All of a sudden he heard a commotion going on followed by a familiar voice shouting at the one responsible. He walked over to the scene.

Sebastian: May I ask, what the hell are you two doing?

Sebastian said in a confused tone.
