Eve heard a knock on her door and quickly put her ocarina back in her pack and walked towards the door. She quickly glanced at the mirror to make sure nobody could tell she had cried and opened the door to see Brad looking impatient. She didnt know why he was here, maybe he was here to bother her about the festival. She suddenly felt embarassed about how she looked, she figured someone would make fun of her, she was just hoping he wouldn't. "What is it Brad?" she asked quietly.

However, he was only on going to be on crutches for 2 days to get tow joints in proper place. He walked around the garden, smiling at the scenery and decorations made. Hel ooked around to find other students he can socialize with. But this time, he was alot more shy than before being handicapped by the battle against Jack
(I'm glad I injured you in our 4-5 post spar)
Jack flipped through the book of the Dark Lord scanning through the pages. Most of the book was written in an ancient Angelic language that was used during the beginning of the Silver Ages; about the time the Chosen of Celestial; Elijah Diadem embarked on his journey to the Tower of Aon. Jack had studied some of this Angelic language but knew very little of it. As Jack flipped through the pages it soon became a fusion of modern tongue of man and the ancient Angelic language and this is what caught Jack's attention.
Yeû co rises over the mountains of Driagnrþ, ýiuum dark Lord has conquered much of ýGro, and our only hope lies in the Chosen of Celestial, Elijah, who has found the sacred æiiûd. Elijah's battle was fierce and in the end Elijah defeated the dark Lord Öigûr. Only his physical body has been _†ahf yiium spirit still remains.
The rest from that passage onward was writtein in the Angelic language. Jack couldn't help but wonder what this was about the dark Lord whose name shall never be spoken. The dark Lord who conquered Igros in the Silver Ages. Jack kept looking back and forth through the book trying to find some clue or anything else that he could read from it. Finally he realizes that it is useless...and thus Jack sat the book back up the shelf and headed out the library.
andrew walked past jack as he left..he said hi then waited till jack left...he walked inside the library and noticed a book was out of place, as if it had been placed back recently..he looked around, and all the other books were fine, untouched..
andrew scanned the title "The Dark Lord??" andrew said aloud..he raised an eyebrow..it was odd, true, but andrew couldn't see its relevance, so he left and headed the opposite direction jack headed...he looked over his shoulder, as if someone was watching him..forget it he thought.. you're just being paranoid..

She suddenly felt embarassed about how she looked, she figured someone would make fun of her, she was just hoping he wouldn't. "What is it Brad?" she asked quietly.
Eve looked like something was wrong and that made Brad change his tune. "Eve are you okay? I heard some music and it sounded a little sad." She was a very beautiful girl and he didn't like the fact that she had been crying. Brad figured that since she was such a cutey, she had nothing to cry about.
Eve looked slightly away from Brad, she didnt want everyone to know her emotional problems because they would see her as weak in her view. She sighed and looked back at him but not completely in the eyes "Oh nothing really, why?" she hated lying to someone while looking them in the eyes, she always knew if she did they would know almost instantly she was lying and she didnt want that.
Sebastian: Does any one have a type of healing Celestial!!!!
Sebastian said aloud through the crowds in the Festival as they were seeing the unique parade. It flashed out causing your mind to blare out at the greatness of the decorations and colors they put in it. Sebastian was trying to look for someone to heal him.
(Festival hasn't started yet)
Dr. McGurr; the academy's doctor who is a master at healing Celestial was amongst the crowd at the garden helping Master Helen prepare for the Festival, heard Sebastian's yell. She made her way over to him and examined him on crutches.
"...well what happened to you?" she asked adjusting her glasses as she looked at him.
~~~~~~~~~~
Jack returned to the fountain in front of the academy. He looked at the statue of Pathos and wondered what happened with the dark Lord of old. Jack decided that it would be best to practice what he was going to play tomorrow for the Festival of the Moon. Jack still had no clue what to play. He returned to his room and sat his keyboard on the bed and looked through his music sheets.
"...should I just do Everybody Loves You Now? It would seem like the best choice since it is a festival...but maybe I should do something that has a bit more...heart to it," Jack said to himself randomly striking keys as he scanned through the piles of music sheet he has. He started to play a jazz solo on the keyboard without even thinking about it and right then and there he knew what to play.
Sebastian encountered an old homeless man in an alley just a block from the academy. who had the healing celestial. Sebastian was out of crutches but he was then surprised by what the old man told him.
Old man: The legend of Sefirah is very sacred due to the fact of the evil within his celestial powers. He holds the Dark harvest which feeds off the life source of his challenger. He was said to be vanished from the villagers knowledge and I feel him hunting for our people......
Sebastian: Do you have nay idea where I can find him....
Old man: No, but may Aon (God) be with you. And hopefully shall we live without out fear of chaos.
Sebastian walked away form the old Man without saying thank you and was on his way to the academy from his recess time. He was very interested by the story of Sefirah and had the legend in mind. He wondered however, if he was really gone from anyone's knowledge.
Brad was genuinely upset. He had never be left alone before and he really would have enjoyed Eve's company. She was a very strange person but for some reason Brad was drawn to her.
Eve then remembered about the whole training thing and she felt bad for not joining "Sorry, I must have forgotten" she said looking down and away as her mood fell a bit more, she was drowned in her own thoughts earlier she really forgot. She looked at him with a small smile "how can I make it up to you for not showing up for training?" she really felt bad and selfish for not remembering about Brad, maybe she would play him a song or draw him a picture, or the more likely of just training with him later.
Sunday, 4:00 PM
(For the record; lights out is at 9:00 PM)
Jack was quickly practicing for tomorrow. He played the same song again and again trying to get it down right. He practiced on the piano and harmonica both separately and at together. Jack tried to keep the adding something new here and there to try to make it sound unique; unlike any other song. It took him this long just to figure out what he was going to play and now all he had to do was get it right. Jack stopped and started to flip through some of his books; one book was entitled the Battle of Evermore. (The Battle of Evermore being an RPG I made that managed to last till the very end)
‘The armies of Darkice have captured Trece’ Galatians said standing before the king of Gandriar. The king listened to the sage’s words carefully trying to figure out some plan to defend the fortress everyone has fled too for protection. The Tower of Gandra was made of black stone. It had three tiers, each set back from the next like steps. The sheer sides faced northwest and southwest and formed a bastion pointing westward. At the top of the fortress was a round tower that could be seen above the pass.
A road ran down from the pass and skirted the fortress alongside a sheer precipe before turning southward to join the Trecdra Road. The Tower of Gandra was surrounded by an outer wall that was 30 feet high. The sides of the wall were smooth at the top was overhanging stonework that prevented anyone from climbing over it.
The main gate was in the southwestern side of the wall. It was guarded by the Two Watchers – statues seated on thrones. Each Watcher had three joined bodies facing inward, outward, and toward the other. The heads were like eagles with white, glittering eyes.
Within the outer wall was a paved courtyard. There was a great door on the southeastern side of the Tower of Gandra. A passageway ran back through the fortress with rooms on either side. At the far end was the arched door of the under gate - a back entrance to the Tower that opened onto a tunnel.
To the right of the under gate was a winding stairway to the upper levels of the fortress. At the top of the stairs was a domed chamber with doors facing east and west leading out onto the roof of the third tier. The roof was about a thousand yards across and was surrounded by a parapet. On the western side of the roof stood the tower of the fortress.
The tower had slitter windows facing westward and eastward through which torchlight glowed like blue eyes. A winding stairway led up to a passage running through the middle of the tower. The king’s room was at the top of the tower, also called the Amos Tower after one of the three angels of Avalon.
People from all over Gandriar have taken refuge in Gandra, the last stronghold of men in the east. The power of Darkice has grown to vast powers with help from the kingdoms of Toran and Maldarian. The king grew qualm over the ages as the days grew darker and the nights grew longer.
‘Never before has an enemy breached the Gates of Gandra!’ the king cried out. The guards hearing this felt elation for a short time. This feeling faded fast as lighting came down from the sky.
‘This is no ordinary foe King Deldrian. This foe has no equal in Igros. The shadowghouls will strike fear into the hearts of anyone surrounding them…even their own men fear the shadowghouls, the reapers, the shadows’ Galatians said. Christian quivered back in fear for he knew the reapers far to well. Beings of shadows that were once great sages but they were greedy and sold their souls to Dagorath for a power but they were tricked. All five former sages became shadowghouls.
Jack sat the book down and looked out his dorm's window. It was a clear sunny day here on the island. Jack looked over at his bastard sword, Saigon, which sat silently in the corner with a small chain dangling that was attached to the hilt's tip. Jack looked back out the window wondering where Aramis was.
Eve smiled at the request and nodded her head "Sure, as friends" she gave a small laugh as she still realized he was still in the hallway and she was in her doorway, she felt weird, either sher and brad walk somewhere or her invite him into her room. She glanced behind her at her disaster of a room and decided a walk would cause less embarrassment on her part.
Eve turned back to Brad "How about we walk somewhere, I feel weird standing in a doorway" she looked at the time "We have about 5 hours till lights are out" she said as she looked back at Brad.
((sorry ordained, didnt see you post 🙁 )
andrew decided to practice on the dummies..these old puppets were held up in different positions in an area, to test the effectiveness of the combatant in these varying situations..each section was divided by a hedge wall..andrew went into the first room..it was a simple triangle formation, with the apex pointing at andrew..the young the Grandrian (plural??) decided to utalise the formidable technology of his battle mace..the first of its kind, this hammer could dish out shockwaves.. andrew watched the little meter fill up on the handle then brought the weapon down and slammed it into the ground..the blue waved exploded from the head of the weapon, sending any dummy in its path spinning away like they were pebbles..Satisfied, andrew moved on to the next section..
Tina, a young girl with red, faire hair and a faint smile on her face, walked trough the hallway. She had a bag over her shoulder that she held steady with her free hand. Her eyes was deep into a book that she had borrowed. It supposivly would have providen her usefull tips and trix on how to manage the field exams. She had been impatiently waiting for this day since she started the academy. Her thoughts were focused on the book as she wandered trough the building. Little did she know that there were a couple of janitor tools further ahead.
Innocently she walked straight into them, hitting the broomstick with her foot. Panicing by the sudden surpsise, she stumbled over all the tools. She lost balance but tried her darnest not to fall. To little use was it, as keeping balance was never really her thing. She fell backwards, trying to keep a grip of the book that was slipping out of her hand. Making a rough bump into the ground on her butt, she gave out a sharp yelp. She grabbed her book and held it tight towards her chest, as she carefully stumbled back up on her feet. Her butt ached and she limped a little as she started walking again, again not watching her steps.
Walking straight into the same bucket that she stumbled over earlier caused a second yelp and the girl fell once more. This time forward instead of backwards, dropping the book that slid along the floor. She herself landed on her stomach and for a second, lost her breath. Not only did she drop her book, but also her bag. She observed it fly trough the air and as it was about to land next to her, she extended her arms and caught it. She let out a deep breath of relief, as she heard a splitting sound. The little hole of the bag that occured from her training, that she had sewed together just yesterday, split open. Her books and papers, along with her comb and mirror all slid out on the hallway floor in a straight line, spreading out in front of her.
She laid silent for a moment, just staring at her now empty bag and all the stuff in front of her that was spread along the hallway. She then ran her head into the floor, staring blankly into it before closing her eyes. There was one reoccuring question that came into her mind as she started weeping.
"Why always me?"
She simply laid on the ground, trying to gather enough energy and bravery to get up. There was no telling that she would not simply stumble again and once more hurt herself. She was such a loser.
"Sure. You lead, I'll follow," Brad said. "But I think that we should get something eat first. My treat. I haven't had anything all day. Then maybe you could tell me about that song you were just playing," he said smiling.
Eve smiled and nodded her head as she started out in the hallway. She then remembered that she now has to explain the song she was playing on her ocarina, she turned towards him while walking "Well, the song I was playing was a song my mother had taught me before she died on my 6th birthday, the same days I finally learned about my powers" she said as she started to go over the memory in her head, she didnt know why she was telling him everything but she figured someone out in the world should know, she was tired of carrying her past alone. "She showed me how to play it but I was never good at playing it, to inspire me she even bought me a new ocarina, it was baby blue with a green design, not as pretty as hers though" she said with a smile not realizing that Brad has successfully pulled her from bad memories and into good ones, she was feeling better. "She would always fuss when she caught me drawing instead of practicing but she never minded it when I would show her my drawings" her face slightly fell, she never did like showing others her drawings after her mother died, she guessed that was why.
Eve shook her head and smiled at him "The song was apparantly passed down in my family, it is said that the original song had beautiful lyrics but for some reason people stopped singing them, but I never paid too much attention to that, the song seemed beautiful and strange" she gave a sad smile "I guess I only truly knew how to play it after she died"
