I thought Surfer was well over 6' tall? Is everyone else standing on a dias or something? I thought they did have a straight up fight before and Gladiator lost? I may be remembering a What If however.

Yea, aside from being really fast, Batman can do anything Wally can.

Even then, Gladiator can't do everything Surfer can. For example, he can't transmute matter, he can't phase, he can't absorb every known source of energy, and he doesn't have telepathy.
