i think all guys do at some point, you just need to do something tiering like my previous suggestion or swimming, that works or staying up all night on KMC.

I do manage to fall asleep during a football game that I wanted to watch though, cause I get so comfortable on the couch then I'm out of it.

I' ve never heard anything about sleep paralysis being linked to schizophrenia. Many report hallucinations during episodes of sleep paralysis.

id never even heard of sleep parlysis untill today

and then there are so many different kinds of sleep patterns you go through. I learned all this in psychology last year, wow I was paying more attention than I thought.
