No, you are missing the point, not me. You assume every Eternal can fly. Maybe so, but I am not talking about the rest of the Eternals, I am talking about THE Eternal, Thanos (and every Eternal is different by the way). And I never saw him fly. For somebody with as many comic appearances as him, one would think he should have flown at least once or so. No. Nothing. The man walks, just like you and me. Or levitates a few meters lol. Or uses his hovering chair.
And yes, in the IG-saga, he did float helplessly in space. That's a fact.
This is all very strange behaviour for somebody who can "fly". Or am I missing the point again ?
Every eternal can fly. This has been stated, and, for example, is included in the marvel directory. Unless thanos is actually inferior to every eternal, despite the fact that he killed every one of them by himself, he also can fly.
When you fight tyrant, galactus, walker, etc, flying is irrelevant. You are still thinking in the wrong league. Flying is about as useful as swinging a baseball bat in these fights. Presumably, thanos can swing a baseball bat, though that has never been shown.
He was floating in space for a few moments, and states that he will spend an eternity helpless in space. This tells you exactly nothing, given that he had just lost the infinity gauntlet. ANYTHING is "helpless" relative to infinite power.
Again, these arguments are close to pure idiocy. Should we debate x-ray vision? Should we ask if he has bat gadgets? Admantium claws? A vibranium shield? This stuff is all irrelevant.
