Kyle Katarn vs. Count Dooku

These two face off. Battle's on the floating platform on Mustafar where Anakin and Obi fought near the end of the battle. They cannot leave the platform. Who will win?

Whoever Force-pushes first. . .

ok, no force allowed.

Whoever kicks first. . .

Haha.

I'm inclined to lean towards Dooku...but Katarn later on is awesome

Yeah. What form did Kyle use?

It's not known, I'd wager he knows a few

Oh.

He IS the foremost saber instructor and he knows some good moves....and he killed Jeng Droga

Who dat?

Palpatine's strongest Hand and a dark side berserker

Oh. I haven't read many of the books. Except for the books on the six movies.

Oh, don't worry: that is VERY obscure knowledge

In a one-on-one in an appreciable environment, I'd have to hand it to the Makashi master / Sith Lord. Kyle'd give him a run for his money, but I don't see him overcoming one of the greatest duelists in history.

Which Kyle? Either way Dooku's the strongest with the Force. He could Force push Kyle off. No Force? Assuming this means no offensive Force powers but it can still be used to increase speed and block attacks. Kyle is more physical, I think, and might kick Dooku off. But if he doesn't kick successfully then Dooku out duels him.

I'll agree with that.

Probably a good fight.

But Dooku would put Kyle to the floor.

Palpatine doesn't choose his Apprentices at Subway.

I agree with Sorgo. Kyle was a reknowned fighter in the New Jedi Order, but Dooku was one of the greatest swordsmen ever in the history of the galaxy

Wrong.

Dooku was one of the greatest swordsman OF HIS TIME.

There have been way better in the History of the Galaxy.
