Apparently people killing themselves along with other people, using their religion as an excuse isn't, and i'll quote it for you:
Killing what?

A lot of laws we have in place today come from the Bible, but a lot of discrimination people face today comes from the Bible. Homophobia comes from the Bible, the Bible says it's wrong, people think it's wrong. Why do think same sex couples can't get married? It's because of the Bible, and what it says.

For the simple fact that God created a man and a woman.

And they reproduced at a rate of 45 million per year for 6000 years to give us the current Earth population. 🙄

That doesn't mean that a man and a woman are meant to be with each other.

Men and women breed like rabbits, anyway. 🙄

we don't know when man and woman exsisted, nor the rate of production. For all we know they could have had 5 kids for 20 years. And let those five kids follow the process...

I thought man and woman existed when God made Adam and Eve.

The popualtion thing is just an estimate, a pretty good one, too.

I have never stolen, never killed, never raped, never committed any crime. I didn't not commit a crime because of a book, I haven't committed a crime because the LAW says it's wrong, and the LAW is far more important than what a book with outdated opinions will ever have to say.

Well its a good thing you represent the 6 billion other people on the planet.

God cannot make 100 year old women fertile.

If you're reffering to him as "God" then you should be well aware of his attributes and they include being able to perform the supernatural.

Once a woman hits menpause, that's the end for her. No period, no baby. God has never gotten any woman pregnant at the age of 100.

God blessed Abrahams wife, Sarah, with a child when she was well into her years.

So why did God allow them to be born that way, unless he can cure them of their heart conditions. 🙄

God can heal them of their heart conditions. I've known alot of people that have been "healed" of various things through the name of Jesus. If God doesn't heal them then its not in his will. Maybe he has another purpose for them being the way that they are.

So blame God? Why not blame the people who interpret the Bible in a way that supports their hate and discrimination? I think its wrong and an abomination before the Lord but I dont treat homosexuals any differently that non-homosexuals. Your a hypocrite if you do. God wants us to share the same love and kindness to non-believers that he shared with us.

😱 yes the cavalry has arrived....

Thats actually when Jesus was alive, and considering that there were prophets for thousands of years before him, that date couldnt be right.....

But, thats all of-topic...this isnt really about whether or not God exists.... I believe in God, but I respect that not everyone does. There's no point in trying to convince people otherwise because.....they'll no doubt just think we're brainwashed or something...... I dont believe that homosexuality is a sin and I respect the religous beliefs of others.....
What Im really asking with this thread is;
a) For the people who believe in God- Do you think that God (and not the church of men representing Him) , believes that fornication is a sin?

and
b) For the people who dont believe in God- Do you think there is any immorality to fornication outside of religous beliefs?

Yes, as if Adam and Eve were symbolic.

I know that the Catholic church says that its a sin....but lets face it. The church is not above corruption or bad mistakes....what Im really wondering is, in Gods eyes, is it a sin?

You have to decide God or the Cathloc Church... I've never read/heard the bit of the bible which says you must be part of a church to be a follower of Christ!

Thank God for forgiveness!

a)Yes because I believe fornication to be a sacred and holy ritual shared amongst the married in which they profess a unity and deep love that can only be described through a process from which they give themselves completely to each other. It is also the means from which they create life. This is, in my opinion, one of the greatest responsibilities in life. And the practise of safe sex and abortion devalues both the people and the practise.

Or so my opinion deems...

that our got a little dirty (cause he made man out of dirt) and then went a created Alan and Ellen in the Garden of Nede. From which some mammal tempted them into eating a vegitable from the garden of all and nothing. And then God kicked them out and sent them to the same place He sent Adam and Eve...earth....
