But, by good, do you mean that you have not hurt anyone's feelings for the sake of god? Because unless you've emotionally injured someone because of their sexuality or differing religion, then santa god won't bring you a new Patty Piss-Her-Pants dress up doll.
I am good because I judge people on there own merits, I am good because I respect others on who they are, and don't judge, I am good because I look into an others actions and not the actions themselves but deeper. Because we are all humans and all the same. Same wants, needs and acceptance, and love.......I am probably some sort of alien, cause I don't fit the criteria for what is the norm.

That is my definition of a good person as well.
I think if everyone stopped seeing each other based on petty differencs, and just saw each other as people, no-one would ever be alone and the world would be so much easier to live in.

Well I think Jesus taught "Love your neighbor as yourself" message, but the church distorted everything else........ 🙁

I try to follow the plain, simple message of the religion, not the distorted version.....which is why I made this thread in the first place. I was trying to decide if fornication was really a sin or just another disortion.

To me fornication is only a natural thing...The Bible only condemns Adultery

I guess that doesn't exactly translate to "Love your neighbor as your spouse," does it?

I very much doubt that that was what she meant.....I think she was trying to say that Jesus wanted everyone to be good to each other.......

Okay, but I thought the subject here was fornication? 😑 I figured I'd try to stay on topic, at least!

Sex can be an expression of love and intimacy if the people involved invest their acts with the right sorts of emotional and psychological commitment. If one values the physical, emotional, and psychological intimacy that can be created through sexual acts, then those acts will be meaningful to you and I fail to see it as a sin.

In general it is about fornication, but its kinda moved towards the general theme of does God exist and now its just kind of a general religous debate......
Thanks for trying to keep it on topic though, I appreciate it.

Fornication isn't the same as Adulatory...

Well adulatory is having sex outside the relationship....Fornication is doing it before you are married or not in a relationship according to the bible........But Fornication really isn't mentioned in scripture now is it.

Pssst, adultery 😉

Some prophets make mention of it, but then...arent the Ten Commandments supposed to generally sum up what its wrong to do? And fornication definitely isnt on that list.
