This shouldnt be debated. Namor is faster than Hulk is while Hulk is stronger. Namor is more agile/mobile than Hulk, while Hulk has more durability. Namor also has way more fighting experience as well as being a better tactician. Thats why Namor has beat Hulk multiple times. Strength isnt everything in battle.
He can leap pretty damn fast. And is very agile:

For his running speed, he was able to outrace a car that was going about 80 MPH, when he was young. Nowadays, I'd suppose he is even faster. And he can move with high speeds in the bottom of the ocean (yes, he is able to run even there, his body is much denser then human's) where the pressure is many tons in one square inch, imagine how fast he is on land...
Namor is one of the fastest guys around. Hulk may be faster but Hulk has been able to reach orbital velocity under the power of his legs! Even if Namor is marginally slower than Hulk, he is still one of the fastest on Marvel Earth. His ultimate version was moving so fast he appeared to be teleporting!
About Sasquatch Thing...their first fight back in the day was kinda bias, that writer also had the Thing lose to wonderman and unable to lift one of Wonderman's 5 ton weights! Not too much later Byrne wrote the Thing trashing Wonderman and even stopping his speed blitz... Sasquatch didnt say the Thing was STRONGER than him, I think he said Thing was tougher...which is true. That weak ass version of the Thing took a bad beating from Sasquatch and kept getting up. And later on Sasquatch showed he wasnt the same kind of warrior as the Thing when he fought Champion. Sasquatch also went on to beat up Ben Grimm in an issue of Alpha Flight. Sasquatch is one of the best strength guys on Marvel Earth. Not on Hulk or Thor level, but he would stomp Strong Guy.
Well Hulk managed to catch Jack of Hearts, and everyone knows how fast he is. I always thought Adrenaline increased every aspect of the body, including speed, showing that the Hulk has the potential to catch anyone or get to a certain speed, which is pretty much justified by catching a person who can attain the speed of light.

Sasquatch was built up to be the Canadian Hulk. Like back when they first fight, he said "Sheesh! your bigger, stronger, talk better than me, and played pro football! There must be something I can beat you at." It's in the last panel

Bah! The Champion fight isn't a good indication of overall strength. Plus if Sasquatch gives into Tanaraq...forget about it. Guy made Zarthos, Kulan Gath, Morbius, Namora [a female version of Namor, same strength], Mimic, Morph, etc. look like chumps

Yep, he does it in normal 616 universe as well. Snowbird had to rip out his heart killing him to stop Tanaraq. Even in this new body of Walter's [actually Snowbird's old body] he can still be overwhelmed by Tanaraq. The Great Beasts tried to get him to join when he was Wanda in AF #55.

Well considering he owned a demon [Zarthos], a powerful magic user [Kulan Gath], Namora who is equal to Namor and he tossed her into Mimic knocking both of them out at the same time. Hulk has never beat Namor that easy. That is actually quite impressive.

We don't know how strong he really was, if he was actually at that level or Ghost Rider level [Johnny Blaze]. I would say he would be above Ghost Rider for sure, since Kulan summoned him right from the Hell. However, I have no idea what his top strength is.
Well the same blast he fired on Tanaraq incinerated Werewolf by Night and he was stronger from this altered world of magic. Tanaraq himself is a god, so it makes sense he could stand up to the blast.
