I've read a couple places about Majestic having some kind of telepathic resistance, is this true?

After seeing some of these scans I think Majestic is on RKT level and above.

I dont know.. id still put him higher than that...and not just cuz of the whole rearranging the solar system bit either, but becuz in the comic where he survived til the end of time...he was present among a small handful of sentient beings left in all existence, and some of them were actual "gods" and even a few abstracts, and he outlived them all, only to end up restarting the universe. 😎
